Baba Ramdev Temple

Baba Ramdev Temple is located in a village called Ramdevra, about 12 km from Pokhran. The Samadhi of Ramdev Ji, an adorable Hindu of Rajasthan, is located in the temple. It is believed that the Rajput king and 14th-century saint, Ramdev Ji was the master of extraordinary powers, which had far-reaching fame. He devoted his entire life to the service of the poor and backward classes. Presently, many social groups of the country worship him as their presiding deity. Take a trip to Baba Ramdev Temple with a Jcr cab, book a One Way Taxi Jaisalmer, and enjoy the historic place.

The present building of the temple has been built by Maharaja Ganga Singh of Bikaner in 1931 at the place where Ramdev Ji had abandoned his mortal body. The tombstones of Ramdev's main disciples are also located in the temple complex with the graves of five Muslim pirs. These Pirs came here from Mecca to pay homage to Ramdev Ji, who was called 'Ram Shah Pir' in his community.

A pokhar named Ramsar is located near the village, and people believe that it was built by Baba himself. There is a terraced well in the vicinity of the temple. It is believed to have extraordinary healing powers in its waters.
